We are looking for a detail oriented, reliable, hard-working individual to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential gutter systems. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install seamless gutters with precision to ensure optimal fit and function. Install related components such as downspouts, brackets, hangers, and end caps to ensure secure attachment and proper drainage. Use extension ladders, hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations. Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address questions or concerns during installation processes. Qualifications Cannot be scared of heights. Must be able to work on extension ladders and roofs. Prior experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, or related trades is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and extension ladders is required. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials safely. Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and working at heights. Basic understanding of construction management principles is a plus but not mandatory. Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions.
