FRAMING AND CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Job Summary We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in framing and construction to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and executing a variety of framing, carpentry, and construction tasks on diverse projects. Candidates will bring hands-on expertise in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling. Duties Erect metal buildings and perform steel stud framing with precision and efficiency Install concrete forms and assist with rebar placement for structural integrity Execute concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and sealing surfaces Carry out masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, and plastering Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform roofing, siding installation, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks as needed Manage hand tools and power tools for framing, drywall installation, and restoration work Assist in remodeling projects by performing demolition, framing adjustments, and finishing touches Support construction management by adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Qualifications Proven experience in framing, metal building erection, concrete forming, or related construction fields Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, siding, and plastering Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Experience with carpentry disciplines including woodworking, trim carpentry, and stud framing Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Prior construction management experience is a plus but not required Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
