Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced metal roofing subcontractor or crew to complete a residential metal roof replacement project. This is a labor-only opportunity with all major roofing materials supplied. The project consists of tearing off an existing asphalt shingle roof, installing new underlayment, completing minor decking repairs if necessary, and installing approximately 1,500 square feet of dark brown 29-gauge metal roofing. The ideal contractor will have prior metal roofing experience, reliable transportation, proper tools and equipment Duties & Responsibilities Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roofing. Inspect roof decking and report any damaged OSB requiring replacement. Install new roofing underlayment. Install approximately 1,500 square feet of 29-gauge dark brown metal roofing. Install all flashing, drip edge, ridge cap, trim, and related roofing components. Ensure roof is watertight and installed according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain a safe and clean job site throughout the project. Perform complete cleanup and debris removal upon completion. Provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and transportation.
