The ideal candidate has hands on experience with commercial roofing systems, including PVC, TPO, EPDM, and foam and coating systems. Pay will be based on experience and an evaluation period upon employment. Duties Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems (PVC, TPO, EPDM, and Foam & Coating) Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks accurately. Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, removing old materials, and ensuring proper surface conditions for new installations. Lift heavy materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Collaborate with team members to quickly complete projects while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Proven experience working on flat roofing projects or in related construction roles with a focus on roofing systems. Proficiency in using power tools such as screw guns, hammer drills, saws, and general hand tools. Familiarity with roofing-specific equipment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and roofing environments. Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and reliability.
