If you're looking for a job where your work actually matters, this is it. ⸻ What You'll Do Install interior waterproofing systems Assist with egress window installations Perform demolition, digging, hauling, and cleanup Operate basic tools and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Interact professionally with homeowners ⸻ What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable) Ability to handle physical, hands-on work in all conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player who takes pride in their work Valid driver's license preferred Experience is a plus, but not required.
