Residential Roofing Repair Technician Requirements:
1 + Years of previous roofing experience preferred Ability to identify and troubleshoot roof leaks preferred Comfortable discussing repair options and pricing with homeowners required Ability to safely work on roofs, ladders, and in varying weather conditions required
Residential Roofing Repair Technician Benefits:

Residential Roofing Repair Technician Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying roof leaks, diagnosing roofing issues, creating repair estimates, securing signed contracts, coordinating materials, and completing repairs This role combines technical roofing expertise with customer service and sales skills Inspect residential roofing systems and identify the source of leaks and damage Diagnose roofing problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions Create repair estimates and present solutions to homeowners Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to company standards Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
