Duties Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fitment. Read blueprints and construction plans to accurately execute siding projects according to specifications. Install various siding materials such as ACM, wood, fiber cement, or concrete with attention to detail and quality standards. Perform surface preparation tasks including caulking, trimming, or wrapping work as needed before installation. Use heavy lifting techniques to handle large panels or materials safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper alignment, secure fastening, and finish quality during each phase of installation. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating, project timelines, and troubleshooting on-site challenges. Must have reliable vehicle and be able to travel daily to jobsites in NH and MA. Skills Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers) and power tools (nail guns, drills) used in siding installation. Strong knowledge of construction processes and blueprint reading for accurate project execution. Familiarity with schematics, construction drawings, and technical specifications related to exterior building systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout the workday. Background in construction site experience or remodeling projects that require attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
