Position Summary The Roof Supervisor will review scheduled projects and prepare projects for installation. Duties and Responsibilities Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation Arrange for the subcontractor crew to be on site for the appropriate job Order roofing materials Make confirmation calls with customers the day before the scheduled work Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos by following the daily checklist Update the homeowner throughout the installation Update the office staff throughout the installation Ensure the quality of roof installation Perform walkthroughs at the beginning of the job, during installation, and at closing to ensure that standards are met Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion Call in for waste removal Requirements and Qualifications 3-5 years of roofing experience • Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history. Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights. Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder. Must be able to work in all types of weather. Must be a team player. Must enjoy interacting with homeowners. Foster a positive and safe working environment through behavior and attitude. Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
