Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Own the pre-closing and final punch list process from start to finish Perform high-quality finishing work — trim, casing, base, built-ins, and detail work Install hardware, shelving, fixtures, and accessories Install residential appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, laundry) Identify and correct quality issues before client walkthroughs Coordinate with trade partners to close out finish and inspection items Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, organized job site
