Specialty Mason & Waterproofing Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mason/Waterproofer specialized in foundation repairs/egress window instaltion and basement systems. This role is not just about laying brick; it involves technical waterproofing solutions and the precise installation of egress window systems.

Duties Specialty Masonry:

Performing structural repairs, tuckpointing, and foundation masonry.

Waterproofing:

Installing interior/exterior drainage systems, sump pumps, and vapor barriers. Commercial waterproofing : Peel n stick membranes installation of under slab waterproofing systems

Egress Windows:

Full installation process including excavation, cutting through concrete/foundation walls, and window well placement.. Skills Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques including concrete finishing, rebar installation, . Experience operating concrete saws. 3+ years of experience in masonry or basement waterproofing. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality craftsmanship. Valid Driver's License (Required)

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
