In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutters on residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure proper water drainage, protect structures from water damage, and contribute to the overall safety and durability of our clients' buildings. Responsibilities Measure and assess job sites to determine the appropriate gutter systems and materials needed for each project Install gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure secure and precise fittings Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow project specifications accurately Perform maintenance, repairs, and sealing (caulking) on existing gutter systems to extend their lifespan Utilize roofing, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, and masonry skills as needed for complex installations or restoration projects Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large or heavy gutter sections or materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, or related trades such as roofing or remodeling Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment used in gutter installation Strong background in construction site experience with a focus on safety and efficiency Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, or schematics related to building systems like plumbing or stucco is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes Familiarity with construction materials including metal studs, concrete forming, tile laying, or masonry is advantageous Handyman experience or skills in restoration work can enhance your effectiveness in this role Join us if you're eager to build something lasting!
