Role:
We are a rapidly expanding, vertically integrated construction and development firm. We need a skilled Glazier who can seamlessly transition between high-end residential installations and complex commercial glazing projects. From custom shower enclosures and residential mirror work to structural storefronts and curtain wall systems, you will be responsible for the precision, safety, and finish of our glazing assets acrossportfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
Technical Installation:
Expertly install, replace, and repair glass in residential (windows, mirrors, shower enclosures) and commercial (storefronts, curtain walls, heavy plate glass) applications.
Systems Familiarity:
Working knowledge of framing systems (thermally broken aluminum, storefront, curtain wall, and entry door hardware).
Field Precision:
Perform precise site measurements, layout work, and fabrication where necessary to ensure airtight, watertight, and code-compliant installations.
Project Oversight:
Manage the full lifecycle of a glazing task, from picking up materials at the supply house to final cleanup and sign-off.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of professional glazing experience (must demonstrate both residential and commercial proficiency). Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and glazing schedules. Experience with specialized glazing tools (suction cups, glazing robots, heavy-duty sealants, and fabrication equipment). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Why Work With Us?
