About the Role We're hiring a motivated Gutter Technician to join our field team. You'll handle seamless gutter installations, repairs, and related services while representing our commitment to quality craftsmanship. This is hands-on outdoor work with a supportive crew and opportunities for performance-based earnings. Key Responsibilities Install seamless gutters, brackets, downspouts, and fabricate custom parts on-site Take precise measurements and deliver clean, aesthetically pleasing results Inspect for damaged materials and ensure top-quality outcomes for every customer Maintain strong attention to detail, safety standards, and efficient time management Work collaboratively with the team on job sites in the Binghamton / Upstate NY area What We Offer Competitive starting pay: $20-$22/hr base, with performance pay / production bonuses (top techs earn significantly more) Full-time steady work with seasonal peaks and overtime opportunities Tools, equipment, and training provided Growth opportunities — we value and implement employee ideas Supportive team environment with a focus on work-life balance and appreciation Candidate Requirements 1+ year experience in construction, roofing, siding, or related trades (preferred but not required — we train motivated candidates) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs, and handle outdoor conditions year-round Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude Clean driving record a plus Location & Schedule Full-time position based out of Afton, NY (227 Goodnough Rd).
