Construction Worker / Roofer

Looking for someone who has experience, but will train the right person. I'm more worried about quality than speed, but Speed makes more money. Our main areas of work are Cheektowaga down to Brant, so you must have your own transportation to the job sites. Pay is based on your skills, speed, experience and dependability. -No drug use or alcohol use. We are professionals and I want to act that way. -Must be able to work Monday- Friday from start to finish (usually 8am until 5pm). Usually about 40 hours a week with overtime after 40. -Have your own hand tools but will give a couple weeks to get if needed. (Belt, hammer, knife, snips, tape) We might also be looking to sub work out.
