Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install gutters, fascia boards, and related trim components with precision and care. Use hand tools and power tools safely to secure materials on various building structures. Ensure accurate installation aligned with project specifications. Inspect work sites regularly to ensure safety standards are maintained and installations meet quality benchmarks. Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot on-site challenges effectively. Operate heavy equipment as needed for material handling or site preparation. Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sealing joints, and applying protective coatings to ensure durability.

Benefits:

Pay $20 to $30 an hour, depending on experience Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts. No weekends or holidays. year-round work available Driver's License (Required), must have own transportation to job site Skills Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience. Must have a professional attitude with a clean and neat appearance Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation techniques. Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and safety protocols. Familiarity with related trades such as roofing. Ability to read technical drawings related to gutter systems and fascia installation. Strong understanding of building codes, schematics for electrical or plumbing components (a plus), and construction site safety standards.
