Roofing Laborers, Installers & Foremen Big Rock Roofing is currently hiring experienced Residential & Commercial Roofing Laborers, Installers, and Foremen for multiple upcoming projects throughout the season. We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a fast-paced and expanding roofing company.
COMMERCIAL ROOFING EXPERIENCE WITH
TPO Roofing Systems EPDM Roofing Systems Modified Bitumen Roof Insulation Systems Tear-Offs & Repairs Flashing & Detail Work
RESIDENTIAL ROOFING EXPERIENCE WITH
Architectural Shingles Metal Roofing Systems Roof Repairs & Leak Repairs Tear-Offs & Full Roof Replacements Ventilation Systems Chimney Flashing & Pipe Flashing
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years roofing experience preferred Ability to work safely at heights Must be dependable and show up ready to work Reliable transportation required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must work well with a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude required
POSITION DETAILS
Full-Time Positions Available Residential & Commercial Roofing Work Pay:
$20-$35 per hour based on experience Overtime opportunities available Opportunity for advancement into leadership positions Consistent work available for the right individuals

Foremen must have experience leading crews, reading job scopes, maintaining job site safety, communicating with management, and ensuring projects are completed properly and efficiently.
