The Residential Painter / Turnover Specialist will play a key role in renovating vacant units between tenants, utilizing expert skills to assist in making our units move-in ready. Please note a valid Driver's License and large SUV/Truck are

REQUIRED

to transport ladders.

• Ladders for exterior painting up to 2 story buildings.
• We also reimburse for mileage on a bi-weekly basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Painting Cosmetic repairs, which will include drywall, plaster, etc. Effectively communicating with tenants, management, and staff Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Valid Driver's License

Job Type:

Per Diem Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday Day shift
