Responsibilities Repair, install, and adjust residential roofing systems Perform routine preventative maintenance on roofs and home exteriors Respond to work order requests in a timely and professional manner Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures Travel to job sites as needed to support project needs Complete general contracting tasks, including drywall, patching, painting, and minor household repairs Respond to pick up and drop off requests in a timely fashion Run to job sites for materials and support that may be needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential roofing experience Previous experience in general contracting Familiarity with residential roofs, siding, windows, and doors Ability to handle physical workload and work in various weather conditions Clean driver's license required Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Stellar Roofing is an equal opportunity employer.
