You will need to have knowledge in both as well as transportation and tools. This person could be working with 2 different crews - Our roofing/siding crew, that mainly handle roof repairs, flat roofs, soffit and fascia installation, some carpentry work, and siding repairs. Or with our Siding crew, which does whole-house siding projects as well as some smaller carpentry projects that include roofing and siding. If you can bend aluminum for fascia and window trim, that helps. A good candidate is either someone with our minimum experience requirements, has the right attitude and a desire to learn. Or an experienced person that is looking for a change. The position would be different than working on a residential roofing crew. Something new daily.
