The ideal candidate will have experience installing various types of siding materials on residential and/or commercial properties, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and safety. Duties Measure, cut, and install a variety of siding materials with precision and care Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and caulking guns to secure siding components effectively Operate power tools including drills, saws, and pneumatic nailers safely and efficiently on construction sites Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, or applying insulation to ensure proper siding adhesion and performance Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials while maintaining safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on framing, carpentry, roofing, or masonry tasks as needed for comprehensive exterior projects Qualifications Prior experience in construction estimating or site preparation is highly desirable Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, roofing, framing carpentry, or masonry enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and heavy lifting techniques is essential Previous work involving restoration or remodeling projects demonstrates versatility in construction skills A background in handyman services or general construction provides a strong foundation for success in siding installation Valid NYS Drivers license required Transportation to and from all job sites mandatory Join us in creating durable exteriors that stand the test of time!
