Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience, with a preference for seasoned professionals who can work independently and manage projects effectively. Our projects include both residential and commercial properties across Western New York.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Work independently on assigned projects and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisor when required.
• Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
