Radon & Waterproofing Technician (Leadership Track Opportunity)

What You'll Be Doing:

Radon mitigation system installation Basement waterproofing Crawlspace vapor barrier installation Foundation repair support Job site setup, execution, and cleanup You'll work alongside experienced technicians and be trained to take on more responsibility over time, with the goal of running your own jobs and your own crews. Pay & Growth:

$22-$25/hour to start (based on experience) Performance-based raises Clear path to $30/hour+ as responsibility increases Opportunity to move into a Crew Lead role and run your own jobs We promote from within and invest in people who take the role seriously.

Requirements:

Construction or mechanical experience preferred Reliable and consistent — this is critical Willing to learn and improve Takes pride in their work and respects the team

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
