New York, NY, USA Overview A well-established construction contractor specialising in exterior restoration is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a growing team. This role involves hands-on roofing work on occupied buildings and commercial restoration projects across New York City. Key Responsibilities Install and repair flat roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen Perform roof inspections and identify repair requirements Work on waterproofing and leak detection Complete patching and restoration work on existing roofs Work safely at heights using appropriate fall protection systems Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Requirements Proven experience as a Roofer in commercial or restoration projects Experience with flat roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, or modified bitumen Knowledge of waterproofing and roof repair preferred Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong understanding of safety procedures Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What This Role Offers Overtime opportunities available Consistent pipeline of NYC-based restoration projects Long-term career opportunity with a stable contractor Fast hiring process
