Be Responsible For:
  • Running commercial roofing projects from start to finish
  • Inspecting roofs and building accurate, profitable scopes
  • Estimating and pricing work (repairs, maintenance, full replacements)
  • Managing crews, materials, and production schedules
  • Communicating directly with clients and ownership
  • Making real-time decisions in the field without handholding
  • Owning the outcome
  • schedule, quality, and profitability Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • 10+ years commercial roofing experience
  • Strong

  • Proven ability to run jobs independently
  • Estimating experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
