$20-$30 We are seeking Commercial Roofers and Laborers to join our team at Rufis Dunright, Inc. Candidates should have a background in commercial roofing and be capable of working independently or as part of a team to complete roofing projects. We are willing to train Laborers if interested in pursuing a career in roofing.

Responsibilities:

 Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and metal roofs.  Conduct inspections to assess roofing needs, identify issues and recommend solutions.  Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.  Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.  Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.  Receive/inventory shipments form roofing suppliers.  Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.  Salary based on experience.

Requirements:

 Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and equipment.  Attention to detail oriented.  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.  Able to lift 50lbs., climb up and down ladder to minimum heights of 25ft.  Authorized to work in the United States.
