Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer and play a vital role in creating durable, weather-resistant roofs that protect homes and commercial buildings. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your roofing expertise and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials to ensure longevity and weather resistance. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate efficient project progression. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met throughout each phase of roofing installation or repair. Assist with related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, metal stud framing, plumbing integration, masonry work, remodeling projects, welding tasks, and tile laying as required. Collaborate with team members on scaffolding setup, framing adjustments, or restoration efforts to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements Proven experience in roofing installation or repair within a construction site environment. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment essential for roofing tasks. Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and safety protocols on job sites. Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, welding, or tile work is a plus. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
