Asphalt Shingle & Vinyl Siding Repair TechnicianPosition Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Asphalt Shingle & Vinyl Siding Repair Technician with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing residential roofing and siding issues while delivering high-quality workmanship that protects our customers' homes. Key Responsibilities Perform asphalt shingle roof repairs, including leak detection, shingle replacement, and flashing repairs Complete vinyl siding repairs, panel replacement, and minor trim work Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify damage Respond to service calls and occasional emergency repairs Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site Qualifications 1-2 years experience in asphalt shingle roofing and/or vinyl siding repair Basic knowledge of roof leak diagnosis Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Overtime opportunities available If you're looking to grow your skills with a company that values quality workmanship and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.
