$22/hour About the Role Holland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers to support our Commercial Roofing Production crews. This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction role working on active commercial job sites. Roofer Helpers work as part of a crew building commercial roofs from the ground up. This position is best suited for individuals with construction or labor experience or those who are physically capable and prepared for full-day manual work in changing weather conditions. Work Location & Travel Expectations This role does not report to a fixed location . Employees report directly to assigned job sites , which change as projects are completed. Reliable personal transportation is required to reach assigned job sites. Out-of-town travel is required at times : Company vehicle provided Hotel and meals provided by the company Weekend work and overtime may be required based on project needs. If you are seeking a job at the same location every day or primarily indoor work, this position may not be the right fit. Physical & Work Requirements (Read Carefully) This is a labor-intensive construction position .

Candidates must be able to:

Lift and carry 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Work on rooftops at heights Climb ladders and access elevated work areas Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for long periods Work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and other weather conditions Work 8-12 hour shifts , including early mornings Job Responsibilities Carry materials and tools from ground level to the roof Assist with job site setup and cleanup Support installation of insulation and roofing materials Measure and cut materials as directed Follow all safety rules, including PPE and fall protection Assist foremen and leadmen with daily tasks Maintain a clean, safe job site Qualifications Construction or labor experience preferred Reliable transportation required Ability to pass a drug test Authorized to work in the U.S. Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid Vacation and Holidays Referral Bonuses Long-term career growth opportunities EOE - Equal Opportunity Employer
