We focus on low-slope, commercial roofing and are seeking skilled Commercial Roofing Technicians to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work as a team to install different types of commercial roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. Make sure jobs are completed on time and on budget. Mentor and manage Commercial Roofing Technician Assistants to ensure they learn commercial roofing techniques and skills. Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of the job sites. Safely and properly operate tools of the trade (rhinobond, hand tools, power tools etc.). Follow company's safety procedures, as well as OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety. Interact and work well with customers, co-workers, managers, and team members Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure project timelines are met.

Required Skills :

Be a reliable team member who shows up on time and actively participates in the daily operations of the roofing crew. Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety practices. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. Must be able to climb 40ft. Ladders. Must work well in a team environment. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Valid drivers license preferred. Comply with OHSA requirements and Company's Drug Free Workplace Policy.
