Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities Perform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. Assist in remodeling projects, including restoring roofs and other structural components. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Engage in construction estimating to provide accurate material and labor assessments. Execute trim carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring precision and quality. Handle drywall installation and repairs as part of overall project requirements. Participate in metal stud framing for various construction projects. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is essential. Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans effectively. Skills in remodeling, drywall installation, trim carpentry, welding, and metal stud framing are advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
