Barbera Home Improvement is looking for an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team in Northeast Ohio. We're seeking a skilled professional who can diagnose roofing problems, troubleshoot leaks, perform repairs, and provide excellent customer service. Advancement Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot roof leaks and roofing issues Perform repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, and other roofing systems Identify causes of water intrusion and recommend solutions Complete service calls professionally and efficiently Document repairs and communicate findings to management Represent the company professionally with customers
Requirements:
Roofing repair experience required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Clean driving record Valid driver's license Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
Experience with residential roofing systems Experience with flashing, ventilation, chimneys, and leak detection Basic carpentry skills
