$25-$35+ per hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses + Advancement Opportunities Position Summary Main Effort Roofing is seeking an experienced Gutter Installer Foreman to lead residential and light commercial gutter installation crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong installation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a crew while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. This position is responsible for overseeing gutter projects from material staging through final cleanup while ensuring customer satisfaction and crew efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and supervise gutter installation crews on residential and commercial projects. Install seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related drainage systems. Measure homes accurately and verify material requirements. Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Train and develop crew members. Perform quality control inspections before project completion. Communicate with homeowners, project managers, and office staff regarding project progress. Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Complete job documentation, photos, and production reports. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of gutter installation experience. 1+ years leading a crew or acting as a foreman. Ability to read measurements and perform accurate material calculations. Experience with 5" and 6" seamless gutter systems. Ability to safely work on ladders and roofs. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Preferred Experience operating seamless gutter machines. Experience with gutter guard products. Basic roofing or exterior restoration experience. CDL or trailer towing experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive day or by job pay based on experience.
