This role is perfect for energetic professionals eager to apply their expertise across multiple trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and finishing. You will be instrumental in executing construction tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craft while contributing to impactful construction initiatives. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of construction duties across multiple trades such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, flooring, and concrete finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks like cutting, shaping, and installing materials. Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Assist in fabrication and installation of fixtures including cabinetry, glass panels, doors, trim carpentry, and stucco applications. Use heavy equipment responsibly for site preparation or material handling when required. Support renovation and restoration projects by applying skills in masonry, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and hardscape work. Requirements Proven experience in construction site environments with a strong understanding of multiple trades such as carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, and finishing techniques. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with construction estimating and management is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of safety protocols and inspection procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Skilled in using Bluebeam or similar digital markup software for project documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly across different construction tasks. Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
