Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Installer to join our growing team specializing in central vacuum systems. Our work is primarily residential new construction and retrofit installations, with occasional commercial projects. This position will start as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as workload and performance increase. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, able to work independently, and takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities Run central vacuum pipe/tubing in new and existing construction Install low-voltage wiring for central vacuum systems Install finish trim, inlets, hose kits, and accessories Mount and connect power units Perform repair, troubleshooting, and service work on existing systems Read and follow installation layouts and job instructions Work in attics, crawlspaces, garages, and construction environments Maintain a clean and professional work environment Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members Qualifications Construction, HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, or installation experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift and carry equipment/materials Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Experience in residential construction is a plus Compensation & Benefits $22-$30/hr depending on experience Opportunity for performance incentives Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time Company work van provided for work use only Gas/fuel paid by company Tools and equipment provided On-the-job training provided Opportunities for advancement Stable, year-round work Schedule Part-time to start (approximately 20-35 hours/week) Monday to Friday Day shift Flexible scheduling depending on workload
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
