Exceptional Roofer (Leadership Track) $80k-$110k DOE + Performance Pay This is not a job for average roofers. Buzzline Roofing is looking for an exceptional roofer who: Does not need to be managed Takes pride in doing things right Is humble, teachable, and wants to get better—not just paid Has leadership capacity that may be overlooked where they are now If you need constant direction, argue with correction, or just want a paycheck, this won't be a fit. What This Is Hands-on roofing work High standards, high efficiency, zero shortcuts Clear track forward: Roofer → Site Lead → Project Manager Authority and pay increase as responsibility is earned We promote from within and invest heavily in the people who prove they can carry more.
