SKILLED PRODUCTION FRAMER NEEDED
Are you a framer with a passion for precision, structural integrity, and efficient production? Tru Form Tiny builds luxury tiny houses on wheels and ships them throughout the country. We have established ourselves as a trusted industry leader with over 350 completed builds, featuring both customized and production lines. We are looking for skilled framers to join our tiny house production warehouse in Eugene. The entry level Framer will work with a skilled team to self-perform a broad range of structural framing tasks in an indoor, year-round production environment. This is a skilled position requiring 1 year+ experience in the structural phases of residential or commercial construction. Top candidates will possess a strong attention to detail regarding squareness and plumbness, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work within a collaborative design-build team. You must be able to jump into the construction process with minimal instruction, though specific training on our tolerances and proprietary processes will be provided through on-the-job pairing.
Minimum Requirements Most important:
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Experience:
Top candidates have 1+ years of solid, verifiable construction experience, with a heavy emphasis on structural framing (floor systems, wall assemblies, and roof structures).
Production Environment:
Be familiar with and able to contribute to workflow in a fast-paced production setting.
Professionalism:
Be timely, organized, and capable of meeting or beating deadlines.
Safety:
Prioritize shop OSHA safety standards in all daily operations.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Equipment:
Possess a personal tool set (tool belt with hand tools, cordless drill/driver and bits.
Physical Demands:
Ability to work on your feet for 10-hour work days and routinely lift up to 80 lbs. Must be able to routinely lift, twist, and bend while managing materials. Job Duties Include Performing structural framing, including floor joists, wall panels, and roof rafters or trusses. Installing structural sheathing and ensuring building envelopes meet strict tolerances.
