In this energetic role, you will be responsible for executing remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Your skills in construction, fabrication, and finishing will help breathe new life into spaces, making them functional, beautiful, and tailored to clients' visions. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed plans to accurately execute remodeling tasks. Perform a variety of construction activities including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Install doors, cabinets, glass panels, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Manage demolition, concrete forming, masonry work, stucco application, roofing repairs, and restoration tasks as needed. Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project documentation and communication. Coordinate with team members on heavy equipment operation and site logistics for smooth workflow. Requirements Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong portfolio of completed work. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame and trim), masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing. Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while maintaining high standards of quality. Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and safety protocols on job sites. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges.
