The Role:

Field Execution:

Working under a Field Foreman, you will assist in the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Metal). •

Travel:

This position includes out-of-town work. We handle the logistics; you bring the work ethic. •

Skill Development:

Learn specialized waterproofing, sheet metal work, and safety standards from a professional team. •

Site Pride:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe project site.

Experience Level:

Open to all levels. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who is reliable and willing to learn. •

Reliability:

You are someone who shows up on time and follows the direction of your Field Foreman to get the job done right. •

Travel Ready:

Ability to be away from home for regional projects as needed.
