  • Full-time Roofing Mechanic We are looking for a skilled Roofing Mechanic to join our team.
You will install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems while ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient work. Expertise in roof coatings and spray application systems is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Install and repair various roofing systems, including
TPO, EPDM
& modified bitumen. Perform roof inspections, leak repairs, and preventive maintenance. Remove old roofing materials safely and prepare surfaces for new installations. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times. Set up job sites, including scaffolding, safety equipment, and material handling. Work with the crew and foreman to complete projects on time and to manufacturer/industry standards. Maintain a clean job site and properly handle tools and equipment. Requirements 2+ years of professional roofing experience preferred (residential or commercial). Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques. Ability to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs regularly, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (CDL a plus). OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus; willingness to obtain safety training required. Reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and good attendance. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to undergo drug screening and background check. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20
