This role is focused on the core service of applying our proprietary treatment and performing essential preventative maintenance on asphalt shingled roofs to ensure the longevity of our customers' roofs. You must be able to repair asphalt shingles roofs, such as blown off shingles, and rot repair. carpentry skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply the all-natural, soy-based Roof Maxx treatment to asphalt shingle roof systems. Perform comprehensive roof tune-ups as part of the application, which includes: Sealing/securing all visible nail pops and nail heads. Placing new rain collars on all PVC vent pipes. Sealing all flue pipes, chimneys, and exhaust vents. Maintain all application equipment and vehicles. replace missing shingles and other more complex repairs. Ensure all applications are completed with minimal disruption to the customer's property. Uphold the company's reputation for professionalism and 5-star service.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working at heights and on various roof pitches. Strong attention to detail for precise application and tune-up tasks. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Additional Details
