Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction of various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Due to the nature of our work to be considered for employment candidate must have construction knowledge, be dependable and have: a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Experience in construction labor tasks Must have knowledge & experience using power saws, tools, nail guns, reading tape measure etc. Physical stamina and strength for manual labor Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites Ability to work at various heights (we build large barns!) Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Willingness to work in various weather conditions Have a sense of humor

Responsibilities:

Range from basic framing to exterior finish work Constructing a quality building including but not limited to: framing, installing building accessories, and metal work. Perform various construction labor tasks such as carrying materials, digging, and assisting team members Drive company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and team members to job sites Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment Assist in setting up and dismantling construction sites as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently Experience in the post frame construction industry is desired but not required.
