Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for roofing materials and equipment
• Fabricate and install roofing components, including flashing, vents, and gutters
• Conduct trim carpentry work to ensure proper fitting and finishing of roofing materials
• Weld or solder metal components as needed for roof repairs or installations
• Utilize maintenance person skills to perform general maintenance tasks related to roofing projects
• Assist with concrete forming for roof structures as necessary
• Restore and repair damaged roofs using appropriate techniques and materials
• Conduct frame carpentry work to support roof structures and ensure stability
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide roofing installations or repairs
• Apply stucco or other exterior finishes to roofs as required

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and tools
• Proficient in trim carpentry and frame carpentry work
• Ability to fabricate and install roofing components accurately
• Skilled in welding or soldering metal components for roof repairs or installations
• Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasks related to roofing projects
• Familiarity with concrete forming techniques for roof structures
• Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints for roofing installations or repairs
• Experience with stucco application or other exterior finishes for roofs
