Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, patching, and framing as needed for optimal installation results Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites Collaborate with team members on construction site and project planning to meet deadlines and quality standards Conduct inspections of completed work for quality assurance and adherence to safety regulations Requirements Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or restoration on construction sites is preferable but there is always room for newbys. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment used in roofing projects Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing systems Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions Familiarity with different roofing materials is preferable but we will be training you on the job as well.
