Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Prodution Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of exterior construction projects. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of exterior and roofing systems, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to source materials, manage crews and produce projects with efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day field operations across commercial exterior projects Manage field supervisors and crews performing roofing, framing, decking, siding, window, and door installations Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets company and code standards Coordinate labor, materials, schedules, and subcontractors to keep projects on track Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and vendors Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols Track job progress, labor hours, and material usage

Qualifications:

7+ years of construction experience, with emphasis on flat roof applications Skilled in roofing, framing, decks, siding, windows, and doors Experience running field operations or supervising production in a commercial exteriors business Strong leadership and crew management skills Ability to read blueprints and project specifications OSHA certification preferred Acculynx Experience Preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
