We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support our crews and help keep projects running efficiently. About the Role This is a hands-on, active position that combines general labor with driving responsibilities. You'll be delivering materials, assisting crews on-site, and helping maintain organized and efficient job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being on the move, and working outdoors. What You'll Do Deliver roofing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites Load and unload materials (must be able to lift 85+ lbs) Keep job sites organized and properly staged Communicate with crews and project managers on material needs Assist with general labor tasks as needed Maintain company vehicles and equipment What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 85+ lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work independently Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required.
