Gutter Installer

At Larson and Keeney Home Services, we are looking for the right individuals who want to build a life-long career in the home improvement industry to join our team. We are currently seeking Apprentice Gutter Installers to join our team! Get paid to Learn a trade! We are the experts from the attic up for gutters, roofing, and insulation. It doesn't matter if you are brand new to the industry, or you have been working in it for over 30 years, at Larson there is a place for anyone who has a positive attitude, a strong focus on customer service, a good work ethic and a desire to learn. This role will start as a paid apprenticeship earning $20 per hour (training pay through our training program) with the ability to grow to $32 an hour plus production bonuses. In this role, your primary responsibility is to properly connect our gutter systems to roofs, ensuring that the downspout runs the water to a safe location. You must understand how to install gutters on different types of roofing without causing damage. You may install gutters on new buildings or remodeling projects. Carpentry and sheet metal work experience is a plus.

Gutter Installer Duties and Responsibilities:

Fabrication and Installation of Gutter Shutter Gutter and Downspout systems Service/Maintenance & Adjustment work Use power tools to attach gutters Perform maintenance and repairs Inspect sites for damage and hazards

Gutter Installer Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate Construction experience (preferred but not required) Skills with power and hand tools A keen eye for detail Physical stamina Excellent communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons Interest in growing with the company Willingness to work overtime Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
