The Role we are hiring for: This individual shows a willingness to master the Adam Vaillancourt Roofing process. They will be responsible for meeting with clients, conducting thorough roof inspections to assess conditions, and providing accurate estimates based on client needs. The goal is to present tailored solutions and facilitate the sale of recommended services. The Roofing Specialist brings excellent listening, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills.

The Requirements needed:

2+ years of roofing and/or construction experience Enjoys working outside in all weather conditions Unwavering perseverance and the ability to adapt and stay focused under pressure Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and reference verification The Skills you bring: Ideally you have technical knowledge and/or experience with roofing solutions and/or construction Able to drive a full-size company truck Able to lift and carry 80 lbs. Able to climb a ladder and access a roof in varying weather conditions Outdoor Aptitude - able to work and drive in ever-changing weather conditions Able to respond to help calls/flexible scheduling Effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers Basic computer skills Be open to learning new things and apply them quickly Valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance What's in it for you: Great money ($100,000+ in your first year (commission-only role)) Great benefits (Company truck, health, dental, vision, and 401K) Great opportunity (We supply your work, and we work year-round.
