The Right Fit for This Role This isn't just a repair job. This is an opportunity for an experienced, hardworking, and skilled roofing professional who understands that every repair is a chance to provide value, educate homeowners and business owners, and create long-term relationships. If you're not comfortable climbing any roof, tarp in hand, diagnosing wind and storm damage, and closing the deal with the customer on the spot, this isn't the right fit . Education is everything—we don't "used-car-sales" our clients. We challenge, inform, and guide them to make the best decision for their property. If you're not earning referrals and 5-star reviews daily, this isn't for you . Key Responsibilities (Residential and Commercial) Diagnose and perform repairs on TPO, shingles, standing seam, R-panel, slate, tile, and all major roofing systems . Confidently climb and inspect all roof types , assess storm/wind damage, and provide clear recommendations. Tarp roofs efficiently and ensure temporary protection during emergencies. Deliver on-the-spot repair quotes and close deals to keep revenue flowing. Educate customers on their roofing issues, building trust and credibility through helpful and honest sales (not pushy tactics). Provide an outstanding customer experience —if you're not generating 5-star reviews and referrals daily, you're not the right fit . Identify potential full-roof replacement opportunities and refer them for additional bonuses. Work weekends and long hours when necessary to support our fast-growing business. Maintain a professional, clean, and safe job site. What We're Looking For Experience in Roofing (residential & commercial). Proficiency in TPO, shingles, metal, slate, tile, and all major roofing systems . Shingle repair proficiency is a requirement! Confidence in climbing all types of roofs and working at heights safely. Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and close deals on the spot . A work ethic that thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment. A customer-first mindset —if you're not earning referrals and glowing reviews, you're not doing it right. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. May consider company vehicle Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed day rate (based on experience).
