This position requires the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of building construction, complete minor repairs and services, strong follow up and organizational skills, the ability to multi task and manage sub contractors.
