I'm going to be straight with you: this is not a "take it easy" job. Remodeling is messy. Homes are lived in. Stuff is hidden behind walls. Customers change their minds. Materials show up late. Weather is Tennessee. If you want perfect conditions and a slow pace, you'll hate this. What this job actually looks like You'll be on active residential remodel jobs (kitchens, baths, basements, additions, repairs, decks). You'll be expected to work independently and keep a steady pace. You'll be expected to lead/teach at least one person when needed. Some days are smooth. A lot aren't. The good guys adjust and keep moving. What you'll do Perform skilled remodel work (carpentry, trim, drywall, paint, flooring, tile support, punch work, light demo/prep). Communicate with your Lead/PM and document job updates in project management software (photos, notes, receipts, material needs, and communication).

Important:

our project management software requires location sharing for accurate clock-ins and time tracking. Use AI/ChatGPT as a tool for planning, checklists, material lists, and better communication. Keep your work clean and your jobsite safe. We don't do sloppy. What you must bring 6+ years of real residential remodeling experience (not commercial or 1 trade). Ability to own tasks without being babysat. Strong workmanship and common sense. Ability to lead and teach at least one teammate. Comfortable with ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and working in heat/cold. Comfortable using a phone/tablet daily for software communication and documentation. Pay $28
